About the author
Thomas Wilde is a freelance writer from the Chicagoland area, currently working out of western Washington state. He's been covering the video game industry for most of the last 24 years, with bylines at IGN, Kotaku, GeekWire, DoubleJump Books, Worth Playing, Hardcore Gamer, Bloody Disgusting, Hard Drive, the Escapist, and many other places.
He's not the music journalist. He is the guy who wrote that thing you read on GameFAQs back in the early 2000s, although all that is a little embarrassing now.
